Store front is nice and neat, and the aromas of grilled sausages make your mouth water. Their pretzel roll is soft and of quality. Once you walk through the semi-lit hallway you are welcomed to probably the nicest looking ,yet cozy bar in Santa Ana. Their selection of beers is great and prices are reasonable. Knowledgeable staff will guide you through their beer menu. Come here if you are a bit of a beer aficionado as it will make you want to come back.

The place was awesome. The Wagyu Beef sausage was amazing. The Fruli beer is now one of my favorites now. Def was a good spot, and it was cool to walk into a trivia night. Will def 10/10 come back

Had to visit this place again and try their food. I ordered the Rattlesnake & Rabbit on a pretzel bun with sauerkraut and dijon mustard, it was rich and savory. It paired well with an ice cold lager. Highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome! The food is always amazing, the service is good, and the ambience is super cool. You really can't go wrong ordering, just order more or less what you would normally order ( hot dog wise) but definitely get the drunken onions on top. Also make sure you try all their sauces, we personally like their honey mustard paired with a spicy polish. And do yourself a favor and get the drunken fries with a brat of your choice on top. Thank me later. Their beer selection is excellent as well. Over 20 German beers on tap, definitely get a beer or two!

Beer and brats, yes please I’ll give that a try! Good decision, easy decision, great decision; like shooting zombies or doubling down on 11. Fancy andouille was delicious, and I walked out with some raw, andouille, spicy polish and polish. Chamay fan? They got it. Like more than one, you probably don’t even know all of them. Bernardus, Delerium, awesome bar and laid back space, you come and eat here 10/10 would recommend don’t drink and drive.

These bratwursts are so delicious. I'm a fan of the bison and cheddar jalapeño, I dig the grinder breads, and my toppings are usually mushrooms, sautéed onions, and pickle. The beer options in the back are plentiful. Sodas available as well. Oh and water container is readily available. I also love the Belgian fries and if you want less bread try the drunken fries. Staff is always so friendly when walking in. The seating area is comfortably lit, I always love watching basketball here. Been here countless times and I'll keep coming more and more. Oh. And my favorite sauce is chipotle aioli.

Such an awesome place! Great ambience, good size beers & flights and delicious food. 1st time here & I will go back.

Downtown 4th St. has changed for the better! I spent half my youth growing up in Santa Ana. Wursthaus is an introduction to what downtown has become. It's prime location is ideal when major events happen here. Employees here are very welcoming and pleasant to speak to. As you make your way inside you are greeted with food options and beverages. On the right you will zing zang yourself towards the bar. Seating is great, makes you fee like you're in your own back yard. It is awesome that they allow you to 'taste' the options of what's on tap. Honestly even the guy/girl will make some recommendations for you. Thank you staff, we enjoyed every minute of being here. ????????????

Nice place to come on weekends with your family, food is very fresh and yummy, the beer is always good

This place reminds me of Wurstkuche in DTLA which I love. Or maybe all German sausage places are like this; I don't know. But anyway, this place is also great; great food, great beer, great ambiance. Now that I live in OC and not LA anymore, I'm glad that I found this place.
